玉竹根腐病病原菌鉴定及抑菌剂筛选试验研究

摘要: 为研究玉竹根腐病致病菌种类,本实验采集湖南玉竹基地新邵县大田栽培的玉竹病株进行实验室病原菌的分离鉴定,同时首次采用13种抗菌中药提取物作为抑菌剂,采用生长速率法,以筛选效果最佳者。结果表明根腐病病原为茄镰孢菌Fusarium solani;抑菌实验发现艾叶、苦参、吴茱萸、当归的丙酮提取物抑菌效果明显,以上结论为玉竹病害的防治提供了实验数据。

Abstract: To make clear the pathogens of Root Rot disease of Polygonatum odoratum (Mill.) Druce., diseased rots of Polygonatum odoratum cultivated in Xinshao of Hunan Polygonatum odoratum (Mill.) Druce. base were collected using for isolation and identification of pathogens of Root Rot .13 antifungal Chinese herbal extracts were first used to test with the pathogens to screen for the best one by using the growth rate method. The result showed that the pathogen was Fusarium solani; extracts from Artemisiae argyi Levl.et Vant.,Sophorae flavescentis Ait.,Fructus Evodiae, Angelica sinensis (olive.) diels, showed obvious effects to inhibit mycelial growth. The results provided dates for the disease control of Polygonatum odoratum (Mill.) Druce.
