中国贝类产品重金属污染现状分析与评价

Assessment of Heave Metal Pollution in Bivalve Mollusks

摘要: 为客观分析和评价中国贝类产品重金属污染状况,本研究通过整理分析中国贝类产品重金属含量调查结果,应用国内外重金属限量值标准对中国贝类产品中重金属污染现状进行分析,同时采用风险评估方法对贝类产品中的Cd、As 进行风险分析和评价。结果表明:2007—2009年采自大连近岸海域、山东沿岸、浙江沿海、东海沿岸、华南沿海及广东沿海等地区贝类产品存在重金属Cd、无机砷超标问题,但其膳食暴露量均低于JECFA推荐的PTWI(PTMI)值,处于安全范围内。

Abstract: To analyze and evaluate the current situation of heave metal pollution in bivalve mollusks objectively, the survey results of heave metal concentrations in bivalve mollusks were evaluated according to the heave metal limit standards at home and abroad in this paper. The contents of heave metal in bivalve mollusks collected in our country were also analyzed by the method of risk assessment. The results showed that the concentrations of Cd and inorganic arsenic in bivalve mollusks sampled during the period from 2007 to 2009 exceeded the limit standards of China, but the theoretical most weekly/monthly intake (TMWI/TMMI) of the eating crowd was lower than provisional tolerated weekly/monthly intake (PTWI/ PTMI) posed by JECFA.
