60Co γ辐射对毛竹种子萌发过程中内源激素含量的影响

Effect of 60 Co γ Rays Radiation on Endogenous hormone During Seed Germination

摘要: 研究不同剂量的60 Co γ射线辐射对毛竹种子萌发时内源激素含量的影响,利用高效液相色谱法检测种子内源ABA、GA3、IAA、ZR的含量。结果显示,15 Gy和30 Gy辐射处理后,与对照相比提前12h萌发,加快了种子萌发进程,GA3/ABA、 IAA/ABA、ZR/ABA和(GA3+ZR)/ABA均高于对照,有利于种子打破休眠。辐射剂量为60 Gy、90 Gy和120 Gy时,GA3、IAA、ZR含量降低,ABA含量与对照相比显著增多,GA3/ABA、 IAA/ABA、 ZR/ABA和(GA3+ZR)/ABA值与对照相比较小,抑制萌发。

Abstract: The seeds of Phyllostacchys edulis were irradiated by different does of 60Coγrays, the effects of the radiation on endogenous hormones contents during seed germination. The endogenous hormones of ABA、GA3、IAA、ZR were examined by high-performance liquid chromatography. The results showed that the germination process could be accelerated by 15 Gy 60 Co γ and 30 Gy 60 Co γ rays, thereby led to increased values of GA3/ABA、IAA/ABA、(GA3+ZR)/ABA and ZR/ABA , consequently promoted seed germination 12h compared with the control. 60 Gy-120 Gy 60Coγrays could inhibit the germination process, the content of GA3、IAA、ZR were decreased, while ABA was increased, the values of GA3/ABA、IAA/ABA、(GA3+ZR)/ABA and ZR/ABA were decreased compared with CK.
