湿地松半同胞家系氮素吸收特性研究

Study on Nitrogen Utilization Efficiency of Slash Pine’s Half- sib Families

摘要: 为了筛选不同的营养型和不同耐瘠薄基因型的湿地松半同胞家系,使在不同营养条件下,选择合适的半同胞家系进行造林,采用离子消耗曲线方法,研究不同湿地松半同胞家系根系吸收氮离子动力学特性,探讨湿地松的不同半同胞家系吸收氮素营养的差异性。结果表明,不同半同胞家系的氮离子动力学特性差异性较大,最大吸收速率Vmax与各半同胞家系年均生长树高、年均单株材积高度相关,其大小顺序为:0-464>0-1027>Ⅱ-101>0-609>CK。优良家系0-464和0-1027属于氮高效吸收型,适合在高氮素环境条件下生长,0-609和Ⅱ-101耐氮素瘠薄能力较强,适合在低氮素的环境下生长。研究结果为筛选耐氮瘠薄和氮高效吸收型湿地松种质资源和高产培育提供理论依据。

Abstract: In order to select the different nitrogen nutritional type and barren resistance genotypes of slash pine half-sib families, the right half-sib families were selected to forestation under the different nutritional conditions. To explore the mechanism of absorbing nitrogen differences of different slash pine half-sib families,a hydroponic experiment was carried out to measure the uptake kinetics of nitrogen. The results showed that: there were greater differences of the kinetic characteristics between different families. The maximum absorption rate was in accordance with annual average height, annual average single-tree volume of slash pine’s half-sib Families and ranged as 0-464>0-1027>Ⅱ-101>0-609>CK. Compared with the common varieties, the 0-464 and 0-1027 belonged to high N efficient genotype which were suitable for under high N level. The 0-609 andⅡ-101 belonged to N barren resistance genotypes which were suitable for under low N level. The results provided theoretical basis for selecting the nitrogen barren resistance genotypes and high nitrogen efficiency germplasm resources and high yield cultivation.
