转基因杂交棉不同组合农艺性状、产量和品质的研究

Contrastive Study on the Economical Characteristic, Yield and Quality Among New Transgenic Insect-resistant Hybrid Cotton Cultivars

摘要: 为了探索转基因抗虫杂交棉新组合农艺性状、产量和品质特性,加快对转基因性状的应用,服务于农业生产。在大田生产条件下,对5个转基因抗虫杂交棉新组合的农艺性状、产量和品质性状进行了比较研究。结果表明:与对照‘湘杂棉7号’相比,生育期、株高、果枝数无明显差异;A3叶绿素含量、产量、纤维品质均优于对照;A5叶绿素含量较高,产量无显著差异,纤维品质较优。A1、A2、A4叶片叶绿素含量低,皮棉减产,品质也略差。综合各方面的因素,A3叶绿色含量高,有利于光合产物生产和供应,且铃大,产量高,纤维品质优,符合湖南省棉花新品种审定产量质量要求。

Abstract: In order to explore the transgenic insect-resistant hybrid cotton agronomic traits, yield and quality characteristics, speed up the application of transgenic traits, serve the agricultural production. The economical characteristic, yield and quality were studied under filed conditions with six transgenic insect-resistant hybrid cotton cultivars. The results were as follows: compared with ‘Xiangzamian 7’ (CK), A3 showed higher SPAD value in leaves part of the time, and the same level yield and fabrics. A5 showed higher SPAD value in leaves, and lower yield and higher-quality fabrics. A1, A2 and A4 showed lower SPAD value in leaves, lower yield and poorer-quality fabrics.
