摘要： 在介绍铁皮石斛的自然生长条件和繁殖状况的基础上，讨论了基本培养基、激素、天然添加物、碳源以及光照和温度等因素对铁皮石斛种子萌发、原球茎的增殖、原球茎的分化、生根与壮苗、移栽中的影响，阐述了近年来关于铁皮石斛组织培养的研究概况，并初步分析存在的问题及发展方向。

Abstract: On the basis of introducting the Dendrobium officinale natural growth conditions and reproductive status,we discussed the impact of basal medium, hormones,natural additives,carbon source,light and temperature on seed germination,protocorm proliferation anddifferentitation,root growth,transplanting.We expounded the survey of the tissue culture in Dendrobium officinale and analysised preliminarily the problems and development direction.
