一种引起火龙果茎病害的病原菌鉴定

Identification of the Pathogen Causing Pitaya Stem Disease

摘要: 对贵州省西南地区火龙果种植园发生的一种茎病害进行发病率调查,并对其病原菌进行鉴定。结果表明:该茎病害的发病率为10%~20%,病原菌显微结构观察和分子鉴定结果表明其为黑附球菌(Epicoccum nigrum)。本研究是该病原菌对火龙果危害的初次报道。

Abstract: The incidence of stem disease occurring on pitaya was investigated in the plantation of the southwest region of Guizhou Province, and the corresponding pathogen was identified. The result showed that the stem disease incidence was about 10%-20%, and the pathogen was identified as Epicoccum nigrum with its microscopic observation and molecular identification. This was the first report of the hazard of Epicoccum nigrum on pitaya.
