摘要: 猪支原体肺炎是由猪肺炎支原体引起的一种严重危害养猪业的疾病,其流行范围广、治愈难,对养猪业的经济损失巨大,得到了国内外学者的广泛关注。随着对猪支原体肺炎的深入研究,目前已对其有一定了解并有多种检测和防治方法,但这些方面的研究均不完善。本研究对猪肺炎支原体及其致病机理、检测方法和疫苗防治的研究进展进行了综述,并对其未来的发展进行了展望。从而促进对猪支原体肺炎的研究,对猪支原体肺炎的防制和诊断产生积极的作用。

Abstract: Mycoplasmal pneumonia of swine was caused by Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae, one of the most important causes of disease associated loss in swine production worldwide. The disease had a wide scope of popularization, and difficult to cured. It often caused significantly economic losses in pig production, and received wide attention from the scholars both at home and abroad. With gradually deepening the study on the MPS, currently the characteristics of MPS certain understanding and there are a variety of detection and prevention methods. But there is still much faultiness in these aspects.In this paper, the characteristics of MPS and its pathogenic mechanism, detection method and the research progress of vaccine to prevent and control were summarized, and the future development was prospected. Thereby promoting research on MPS.
