高产高淀粉甘薯新品种‘烟薯24号’选育及覆膜栽培技术研究

Studies on the Breeding and Mulching Cultivation of ‘Yanshu 24’ with High Yield and High Starch

摘要: 为了满足中国对高产高淀粉甘薯新品种和对新品种栽培技术的需求,烟台市农科院采用改良杂交法选育优良新品种,并通过国家区域试验进行产量、品质、抗病性鉴定,采用田间对比试验分析法对新品种进行覆膜栽培技术研究。结果表明:‘烟薯24’在2008—2009年国家区域试验中:鲜薯平均32235 kg/hm2,较对照增产9.46%;薯干平均9685.5 kg/hm2,较对照增产18.55%,2010年通过全国甘薯鉴定委员会鉴定。研究得出,‘烟薯24’具有产量高、淀粉含量较高、抗病性强、适应性广的优点,是加工淀粉的优质品种。‘烟薯24’覆膜栽培以黑色地膜效果最好,这主要是因为黑色地膜具有抑制杂草生长,不用喷施除草剂,避免了除草剂抑制地上部生长;地温适宜,不会因前期地温过高,影响薯块膨大;地上下部生长动态、叶面积系数动态、T/R值进展合理,因此能够获得较高的经济产量。

Abstract: To meet the demand for our high yield and high starch sweet potato new varieties and cultivation techniques of new varieties, Yantai Academy of Agricultural Scientific Research utilize the way of improved- hybridization to breed the new variety, and adopt the national and regional test to appraise the yield, quality, disease resistance. The mulching cultivation technology research of new varieties was done by field contrast experiment analysis. The regional test results from the Northern district in 2008-2009 showed that, its average yield of fresh foot was 32235 kg/hm2, 9.46% increase compared with contrast and the average yield of the dry weight was 9685.5 kg/hm2, 18.55% increase compared with contrast. It passed the identification by the identification committee of the national sweet potato varieties in 2010. Study obtained: ‘YanShu 24’ had the advantages of high yield, high starch content, strong disease resistance and the wide adaptability. It was an excellent variety to process starch. The black plastic film mulching had the best effect. It was mainly because of the great advantage that the black film mulching could inhibit the growth of weeds, did not need spraying of herbicides and avoid inhibition growth of stems and leaves by the herbicide. Because of suitable soil temperature root growing was not affected by pre-ground high temperature. Stems and leaves and root growth dynamics, the dynamics of leaf area index, T/R value was reasonable. So it was able to obtain higher economic output.
