武山县榆盘乡徐黄沟流域土地整理的新增耕地潜力分析

The New Arable Land’s Potential Analysis in the Land Consolidation Study on Xuhuang Gully Watershed of Yupan Village in Wushan County

摘要: 为了定量反映和衡量通过耕地整理挖掘耕地利用的潜力,构建耕地整理潜力评价指标体系,为今后耕地整理项目的实施起到借鉴和指导作用。选用特尔斐法,对武山县榆盘乡徐黄沟流域土地整理的新增耕地潜力进行分析,通过对选定的参评因子确定权重,再根据评价因子的适宜程度,对耕地质量进行评价。结果表明:(1)通过整理,区内的其他草地和田坎面积减少,耕地面积由原来的314.69 hm2,增加到369.52 hm2,可新增耕地54.83 hm2,新增耕地率为13.02%;(2)区内坡旱地经过改造,使生产条件得到改善,进一步提高了天然降水利用率,耕地等级提高1个级别,上升为6级地。

Abstract: In order to reflect and measure the potential of the research area’s land utilization quantificationally via the consolidation, constructing the index system of potential evaluation, to use for reference and guidance in the cultivated land consolidation subsequently. The author selected the Delphi method to analyze the new arable land’s potential in the Xuhuang Gully Watershed of Yupan Village in Wushan County’s land consolidation, it’s based on the selected contestant factors to determine the weights, and then according to the appropriate degree of evaluation factors, to evaluate the quality of arable land. The results showed that: (1) by collating, areas of other grassland and ridge area reduced, proportion of arable land from 314.69 hm2, increased to 369.52 hm2, the new farmland was 54.83 hm2, and the rate was 13.02%; (2) the area rainfedsloping land via modified, it made the production conditions improved, and further improved the utilization rate of natural precipitation, the arable land raised a level, up to the 6.
