几种杀菌剂和拮抗菌对葡萄白腐病的室内防治试验

Control Efficacy of Several Fungicides and Antifungal Strains Against Coniella diplodiella

摘要: 葡萄白腐病是国内葡萄生产上危害严重的病害之一,为了该病害的防治,采用平皿抑菌试验的方法测定了7种常用杀菌剂和7株拮抗菌对葡萄白腐病菌的抑制作用,并采用室内离体果穗人工接种的方法测定它们在离体果实上的药效。结果发现:7种杀菌剂和2株拮抗菌对葡萄白腐病均表现一定程度的防病效果,其中,杀菌剂百菌清和多菌灵对葡萄白腐病菌抑菌活性较强,拮抗菌解淀粉芽孢杆菌BJ-6和放线菌F2的发酵液也具有较强的抑菌活性。

Abstract: Coniella diplodiella is one of the most serious diseases on agriculture production in China. In order to the disease prevention and control, the effect of 7 different kinds of fungicides and 7 antifungal strains on the control of Coniella diplodiella was studied by antifungal experiment and artificial inoculation on the grape fruits in vitro. The result showed the seven fungicides and two antifungal strains had antifungal effect on Coniella diplodiella in different degrees. Chlorothalonil and carbendazim had strong control efficacy. The fermention of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens BJ- 6 and actinomycetes F2 could also prevent and control grape white rot.
