蜜环菌对15种不同树种枝条的侵染效果

Infections Effect of fifteen different kinds of tree species by Armillariella mellea

摘要: 为研究蜜环菌对不同树种枝条的侵染与生长情况,分别以固体和液体菌种对15种枝条进行接种处理,待长满整个培养基后观测了菌索的萌发时间、长速、粗壮程度和重量。结果表明:蜜环菌在山丁子树、苦栎树树枝上萌发最早,菌索长势最为粗壮,干重最大,板栗等次之;海棠树菌索在枝条表面爬行速度最快。固体和液体菌种接种对木材上菌索的生长影响差异不大,苦栎、板栗、柿子树、山丁子树的枝杈是生产蜜环菌枝条菌种的良好材料。

Abstract: Abstract: In order to study on the effects of different kinds of tree species parasitism by Armillariella mellea , fifteen woods were inoculated including solid and liquid treatment respectively. After the whole medium being full of rhizomorphs,germination time,growth rate,stout of rhizomorphs,weights were measured. The results shows:rhizomorphs on the Malus baccata and Quercus laevis germinating earlier and stronger,and have heavier dry weight, Castanea mollissima comes the second; The growth rate of rhizomorphs on Malus spectabilis is the fastest. There is no significant difference of rhizomorphs growth between the solid inoculations and liquid inoculations in the wood. Therefore, the branches of Quercus, Castanea , Diospyros kaki and Malus baccata are the suitable materials for the strains culture of Armillariella mellea.
