哈茨木霉菌株TRI2的鉴定及其对黄瓜根结线虫的防治作用

Identification of Trichoderma harzianum TRI2 and Its Biological Control Effect Against Root-knot Nematode

摘要: 为在生产上更好的防治根结线虫病害,同时为新型、高效的生物杀线剂的研制和开发提供一定的理论基础。采用形态学观察及ITS、tef1序列分析方法鉴定木霉菌株TRI2为哈茨木霉,测定了其发酵液对南方根结线虫2龄幼虫的作用,并进行了盆栽试验及田间试验。结果表明,木霉菌TRI2发酵液在48 h时可以100%杀死根结线虫,在盆栽试验中使黄瓜根结减退率达到63.5%,在田间对黄瓜根结线虫的防治效果达到72.2%,且在田间与阿维菌素具有相似的防治效果。菌株TRI2的鉴定及防治效果的确定为研究其生防机制及开发应用提供了依据。

Abstract: In order to control the root-knot nematode disease in the production and provide a theoretical basis for the research and development of a new and efficient bio-nematicide, the Trichoderma spp. was studied. Trichoderma spp. strain TRI2 was identified as Trichoderma harzianum by morphological observation and ITS tef1 sequence analysis. The effects on Meloidogyne incognita J2 were tested by the fermentation broth of biocontrol strain TRI2. And the pot experiment and field experiment were carried out. The results showed that the fermentation liquid of Trichoderma spp. strain TRI2 could kill 100% root-knot nematodes in 48 h, in the pot experiments that the cucumber root-knot loss rate reached 63.5%, control effect on cucumber root knot nematodes was up to 72.2% in the field and had a similar effect to avermectin in the field. The identification and control of strain TRI2 laid the foundation for biocontrol mechanism and its development application.
