无毛黄瓜抗蚜性与挥发性物质的关系

The Relationship Between Resistant-ability to Aphid and Volatile Substance on Glabrous Cucumber

摘要: 蚜虫是黄瓜主要害虫之一,严重危害黄瓜生产。叶片挥发性物质种类和数量影响害虫的侵染,是抗虫性的一个重要方面。以普通有毛黄瓜及其突变体无毛黄瓜、少毛黄瓜为试材,研究黄瓜叶片挥发性物质与抗蚜虫特性的关系。结果表明,无毛黄瓜抗性最强,少毛黄瓜次之,普通的有毛黄瓜不抗蚜虫;无毛黄瓜受蚜虫侵染或外部刺激后,挥发性物质种类及数量发生变化,产生了对害虫具驱避作用的罗勒烯,而对害虫有吸引作用的1-己醇及3-己烯醛则消失;外部喷施罗勒烯能增强3种试材抗蚜虫能力,验证了罗勒烯对蚜虫具驱避作用。

Abstract: Aphid is one of the main pests of cucumber, it seriously damages the cucumber production. The species and quantities of volatile substance of leaf affects pest’s infection, and it’s an important aspect of insect-resistance. In this paper, using glabrous cucumber, glabrate cucumber, normal cucumber as materials, we studied the relationship between resistant-ability to aphid and volatile substance on cucumber. The results showed that glabrous cucumber had the strongest resistance, followed by glabrate cucumber, and the normal cucumber had no resistant-ability to aphid. After the aphid’s infection or stimulation on glabrous cucumber, the species and quantities of volatile substance changed, it produced ocimene which had repellent action to pest, 1- Hexanol and 3- Hexenal disappeared, which had attractive interaction. External spraying ocimene could intensify the three types of cucumber materials’resistant-ability to aphid. This verified that ocimene had repellent action to aphid.
