PEG-6000模拟干旱胁迫对亚麻种子萌发的影响

Effects of PEG-6000 Drought Stress on Seed Germination of Flax

摘要: 为了解决亚麻在干旱环境下的有效存活问题,以四种亚麻品种为试验材料,采用PEG-6000模拟干旱胁迫,研究亚麻种子在萌发期对干旱胁迫的生理生态响应及抗旱性评价。研究结果表明,低浓度的模拟干旱胁迫能促进种子的萌发速度和数量,其中5%处理下四种供试材料的种子发芽率均高于对照。随干旱胁迫的增加,四种亚麻品种的株高明显降低,根长变化不大,地上部和地下部含水率均呈下降趋势。根据隶属函数值法计算出四种亚麻品种在种子萌发期的抗旱性为轮选3号>定亚23号>轮选2号>陇亚8号,各指标相关性分析结果表明发芽率与地上部含水率显著负相关,根鲜重与抗旱性呈显著正相关关系。

Abstract: To solve the problem of flax effective survival under drought environment, the author used PEG- 6000 solution as stress treatment for four flaxes to study the physiological and ecological responses and drought resistance in germination of flax seeds. The results showed that the low concentration of drought stress can promoted seed germination speed and rate, and the germination rate of four flax seeds was higher than control in the 5% treatment. With the increase of drought stress, the plant height and moisture content of the four flax varieties decreased but the root length showed no obvious change. Using the membership function value method, four flax varieties in seed germination’s drought resistance was‘Lunxuan 3’>‘Dingya 23’>‘Lunxuan 2’>‘Longya 8’. The correlation analysis showed that germination rate and aboveground water content was negatively correlated, and the root fresh weight and drought resistance had a significantly positive correlation.
