国内外造纸法再造烟叶总灰分和水不溶灰分含量对比分析及其相关性研究

Study on Total Ash and Water Insoluble Ash Contents and Their Correlation Analysis of Paper-process Reconstituted Tobacco

摘要: 为明确国内外造纸法再造烟叶产品灰分含量差异,测定41个国内外造纸法再造烟叶样品的总灰分、水不溶灰分以及酸不溶灰分的含量,对测定结果进行分析,并对总灰分和水不溶灰分间的相关性进行分析。结果表明:造纸法再造烟叶样品的灰分含量明显高于烤烟,国内样品总灰分、水不溶灰分以及酸不溶灰分的含量分别为17.33%、12.46%和0.55%,低于国外样品(分别为19.18%、14.34%和0.59%),国内外样品总灰分和水不溶灰分含量有极显著差异;基于总灰分、水不溶灰分和酸不溶灰分含量的聚类分析表明41个国内外样品可以分为3组;造纸法再造烟叶总灰分和水不溶灰分呈极显著正相关,可以用y=9.951e0.051x(式中x表示水不溶灰分,y代表水不溶灰分)表示。

Abstract: Total ash, water-insoluble ash and acid-insoluble ash in forty-one paper-process reconstituted tobacco (RT) products were determined and analyzed. The results showed that the means of total ash, water-insoluble ash and acid-insoluble ash contents of the domestic RT products (17.33%, 12.46% and 0.55%, respectively) were lower than those of the imported (19.18%, 14.34% and 0.59%, respectively), and there were extremely significant differences at the 0.01 significance level. Cluster analysis results showed forty-one paper-process RT products were divided into three groups on the basic of total ash, water-insoluble ash and acid-insoluble ash contents factors. Correlation analysis revealed that there was extremely significant correlation between total ash and water insoluble ash in RT products, and the relationship was described by the linear regression equation: y=9.951e0.051x (x for water insoluble ash and y for total ash, respectively).
