灰黄霉素对水稻稻瘟病菌的防治效果研究

the control effect of Griseofulvin research on magnaporthe grisea

摘要: 为研究灰黄霉素对水稻稻瘟病菌的抑制作用及其对稻瘟病的防治效果。采用对峙法测定产灰黄霉素的展青霉GM120-43对稻瘟病菌抑制作用、菌丝生长速率法测定灰黄霉素对稻瘟病菌的毒力试验以及盆栽防治稻瘟病试验。结果表明:展青霉GM120-43对稻瘟病菌具良好的抑制作用;在稻瘟病的防治中,灰黄霉素稀释300倍时,预防叶瘟病与穗瘟病的效果分别为93.76%和53.79%,治疗效果分别为89.2%和49.21%。在所试验的浓度范围内,灰黄霉素防治效果与其浓度成正比,是一种具有前景的生物农药。

Abstract: For the study of griseofulvin inhibition of Magnaprothe grisea and the control effect on Magnaprothe grisea, agar block method were used to detect the inhibition of Penicillium patulum GM120- 43 against Magnaprothe grisea, griseofulvin control the potted rice blast. The results indicated that, Penicillium patulum GM120-43 had larger inhibition on Magnaprothe grisea, the control effect of griseofulvin on leaf blast and panicle blast, griseofulvin prevent leaf blast and panicle blast when 300-fold dilution effect were 93.76% and 53.79%, treatment were 89.2% and 49.21%. When it was tested in the concentration range, griseofulvin control effect was proportional to its concentration. Griseofulvin was a kind of promising biological pesticide.
