Effects of Plant Growth Regulators on Induction of Adventitious Bud of Hevea brasiliensis Mull.Arg

摘要: 为了研究植物生长调节剂对橡胶树不定芽诱导的影响,本研究以橡胶树优良无性系‘云研73-477’花药体胚植株为外植体,采用正交试验法研究了6-BA、NAA、KT、GA3对橡胶树不定芽诱导的影响。结果表明,4种激素对茎尖不定芽诱导率的影响差异不显著,对繁殖系数的影响差异达显著水平,其主次顺序为:NAA>6-BA>KT>GA3,优组合为1.0mg/L6-BA+0.2mg/LNAA+0.2mg/LKT+0.4mg/LGA3;6-BA、NAA、GA3对茎段芽繁殖系数的影响差异达显著水平,KT则不显著,NAA、GA3对死亡率的影响差异达极显著水平,其他2种激素则不显著。茎段不定芽诱导的优组合为1.5mg/L6-BA+0.1mg/LNAA+0.2mg/LKT+0.2mg/LGA3

Abstract: The paper aims to study the effects of plant growth regulators on induction of adventitious buds of Hevea brasiliensis Mull.Arg. Apical buds and stems of Hevea brasiliensis clone Yunyan73-477 were used as explants, the effects of 6-BA, NAA, KT and GA3 on induction of adventitious bud were studied by orthogonal experiment. The results showed that the effect of each factor on the coefficient of breeding of apical buds was NAA>6-BA>KT>GA3, and 1.0 mg/L 6-BA 0.2 mg/L NAA 0.2 mg/L KT 0.4 mg/L GA3 was the optimal combination; the effects of four factors except KT were significantly different at 0.05 level on the coefficient of breeding of stem. The effect of NAA and GA3 were significantly different at 0.01 level on the dead rate of stem, but 6-BA and KT were not. 1.5 mg/L 6-BA 0.1 mg/L NAA 0.2 mg/L KT 0.2 mg/L GA3 was the optimal combination on induction of adventitious bud of stems.
