中国山楂育种现状及相关分子标记研究进展

Breeding Status and Research Progress on Related Molecular Markers of Hawthorn in China

摘要: 山楂是蔷薇科山楂属的一种重要植物。中国山楂种质资源丰富,选育品种众多。但山楂种质资源分类研究主要以传统分类方法为主,研究方法滞后。育种方法主要以无性系选种为主,方法单一。为了更好地开展山楂资源分类研究和育种工作,本研究概述了中国山楂的育种现状,相关分子标记技术在山楂品种鉴别、遗传多样性分析及起源演化过程的应用。并对今后山楂资源研究和育种方向进行了展望。

Abstract: Hawthorn (Crataegus spp.) is an important plant of the Rosaceae family. There are abundant hawthorn germplasms in China and many varieties are selected. But the germplasm research of hawthorn is always dominated by the traditional classification and research methods are relatively backward. Breeding methods are mainly clonal selection and appear to be single. To better carry out the Chinese hawthorn classification and breeding research, the breeding condition and application of molecular markers in variety identification, genetic diversity and origin of evolution are briefly summarized in this paper. And hawthorn germplasm research and breeding in the future are also brought forward.
