蚬壳花椒资源繁育与有效成分研究进展

摘要: 总结了蚬壳花椒的一般特性及生长发育特征、地理分布差异、组织培养、扦插嫁接、有性繁育、遗传多样性分析、药用成分的种类、有效成分的分离纯化方法、有效成分的鉴定方法等方面的研究,提出了蚬壳花椒渐危的主要原因及其具体解决措施。认为蚬壳花椒种子资源库的建立,有性人工繁育,GAP规范化栽培研究,主要药用成分的药理、药剂、药代动力学考察,新的药用成分的分离、纯化、鉴定,药用成分的合成途径及其基因组学研究等将成为未来研究的方向与重点。

Abstract: The author summarized the past study on Zanthoxylum dissitum Hemsl in this paper, including the general biological characteristics and development characteristics, the distribution differences, tissue culture, cuttings grafting, sexual breeding, genetic diversity, the types of medicinal ingredients, methods of isolation and purification and identification of effective components, etc. Furthermore, the author pointed out the main reason for vulnerable status of Zanthoxylum dissitum Hemsl and specific countermeasures. Moreover, the author believed that the establishment of Zanthoxylum dissitum Hemsl seed resource library, artificial breeding, GAP standardization planting, study on the main medicinal ingredients of pharmacology, pharmaceutical and pharmacokinetic, new medicinal ingredient separation, purification and identification, the synthesis approach of medicinal ingredients and the genomics research will become the future research directions and focuses.
