盐碱土上3种植物出苗研究

Seed Emergence Study of Three Salt-tolerant Plant Species in Saline-alkali Soil

摘要: 通过在育苗盘上进行种子出苗试验,研究了不同草种(披碱草、草木樨和紫花苜蓿)、不同土壤(pH 10.03、9.36、8.68、8.12,电导率(EC)为2.02、1.237、0.962、0.454 mS/cm)、不同播深(1、3 cm)和不同种子播种前处理(晒种浸泡处理和未处理)对出苗时间和出苗率的影响。结果表明:披碱草耐盐碱性最好,草木樨最差;超过一定限度(pH>8.68,EC>0.962 mS/cm),pH或电导率增加,均会造成出苗时间增长,出苗率下降;播深1 cm比3 cm出苗时间显著缩短,出苗率显著提高;种子晒种浸泡处理可以显著缩短出苗时间,提高出苗率,对种子出苗有一定帮助。试验同时表明,在盐碱土上缩短出苗时间,对提高出苗率有利。

Abstract: The influence of different grass seed varieties (lyme grass, sweet clover and alfalfa), soils (pH 10.03, 9.36, 8.68, 8.12 and EC 2.02, 1.237, 0.962, 0.454 mS/cm), sowing depths (1, 3 cm) and seed treatments (suncure and soaking treatment and untreated) on seed emergence time and rate was studied by nursery site emergence test. The results showed that lyme grass had the best saline-alkaline resistance and sweet clover had the worst; the increase of pH and EC could cause the increase of seed emergence time and the reduce of seed emergence rate (pH>8.68 and EC>0.962 mS/cm); compared with the sowing depth of 3 cm, the sowing depth of 1 cm could significantly reduce seed emergence time and increase seed emergence rate; sun-cure and soaking treatment could significantly reduce seed emergence time and increase seed emergence rate, which could help seed emergence. The experiment also showed that shorter emergence time could benefit higher emergence rate in saline-alkali soil.
