氮磷钾肥配比对广东紫珠生长发育及产质量的影响

Application Ratio of NPK Fertilizer on Growth and Quality of Callicarpa kwangtungensis Chun

摘要: 采用完全随机区组试验,根据N、P2O5、K2O肥的不同施肥比例,分设Y0(不施肥,即对照)、Y1(15:5:6)、Y2(15:5:9)、Y3(15:3:12)、Y4(15:3:9)、Y5(15:3:6)、Y6(15:3:3)7 个处理,研究了不同氮磷钾配比对广东紫珠产量构成因子——株高、地径、新枝数、叶片数,以及产量和连翘酯苷B、金石蚕苷、总黄酮含量等影响,旨在探索适于广东紫珠生长与功能需要的最佳施肥配方。结果表明:处理Y1、Y3 和Y6 可以明显提高广东紫珠的株高、地径、叶片数和新枝萌发量,从而提高广东紫珠的产量。而经检测分析及计算得出:在7 个处理中,广东紫珠叶片连翘酯苷B、金石蚕苷和总黄酮产量最高的处理均为Y1,因此可以断定Y1(15:5:6)是本试验条件下增产提质的最佳配方。

Abstract: In order to explore the optimal application ratio of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilizer for Callicarpa kwangtungensis growth and function, a completely randomized block test with seven treatments was conducted, the treatments were Y0 (without fertilizer, CK), Y1 (15:5:6), Y2 (15:5:9), Y3 (15:3:12), Y4 (15:3:9), Y5 (15:3:6) and Y6 (15:3:3). The effect of different NPK fertilizer ratios on yield components (plant height, root diameter, new shoot number, leaf number), yield, forsythiaside B, poliumoside and total flavonoid content was studied. The results showed that Y1, Y3 and Y6 could improve the plant height, root diameter, leaf number and new shoot number, which led to the increase of yield. The results also indicated that the content of forsythiaside B, poliumoside and the yield reached the highest in Y1 treatment (15:5:6), which had the optimal NPK ratio that could ensure high yield and quality of Callicarpa kwangtungensis.
