生物菌肥对库尔勒香梨腐烂病的发生及土壤养分的影响

Effect of Bacterial Manure on Korla Fragrant Pear Valsa Mali and Soil Nutrients

摘要: 通过研究生物菌肥对库尔勒香梨腐烂病的发生及土壤养分的影响,为探索防治腐烂病的新方法和改良土壤提供理论依据。本研究采用田间调查、取样和室内分析相结合的方法,调查腐烂病发生率,测定土壤矿质营养含量,并与对照进行对比分析。结果表明,施用光合元生物菌肥,香梨腐烂病发病率较对照降低了78.8%以上;0-20cm土层的N、P、K分别提高了5.7g/kg、61.8g/kg、40g/kg,B、Cu、Fe、Zn、Mn分别提高了1.24mg/kg、0.94 mg/kg、6.64mg/kg、3.22mg/kg和0.16mg/kg;20-40cm土层的N、P、K分别提高了50.6g/kg、28.3g/kg、26g/kg,B、Cu、Fe、Zn分别提高了0.32mg/kg、0.45mg/kg、8.63mg/kg和0.76mg/kg。因此,施用光合元生物菌肥可有效降低香梨腐烂病的发病率,明显提高不同土层的有机质和矿质营养元素的含量。

Abstract: In order to explore new methods for valsa mali control and soil improvement, effects of bacterial manure on Korla fragrant pear valsa mali and soil nutrients were studied. Field investigation, sampling and lab analysis were used to survey the incidence of valsa mali, measure the contents of mineral nutrients in soil and compare and analyze them with that of CK. The results showed that the incidence of valsa mali reduced more than 78.8% compared with CK after the application of Guangheyuan bacterial manure; the contents of N, P, K increased by 5.7, 61.8 and 40 g/kg, and B, Cu, Fe, Zn and Mn contents increased by 1.24, 0.94, 6.64, 3.22 and 0.16 mg/kg, respectively, in 0-20 cm soil layer, while the contents of N, P, K increased by 50.6, 28.3 and 26 g/kg, and B, Cu, Fe, Zn and Mn contents increased by 0.32, 0.45, 8.63 and 0.76 mg/kg, respectively, in 20-40 cm soil layer. The application of Guangheyuan bacterial manure could effectively decrease the incidence of fragrant pear valsa mali and significantly improve the contents of organic matter and mineral nutrient elements in different soil layers.
