四川省凉山烟区烟蚜发生规律及防治效果评价

Myzus persicae: Occurrence Rule and Control Effect Evaluation in Liangshan Tobacco Region of Sichuan

摘要: 为了明确四川省凉山州烟区烟蚜发生规律及天敌昆虫防治烟蚜效果,本研究采用五点取样法分别对2015年及2016年四川省凉山州烟区5个主要植烟县的烟蚜发生规律进行了调查,同时,释放异色瓢虫、七星瓢虫及烟蚜茧蜂对烟蚜防治效果进行评价。结果表明,烟蚜的发生具有明显的时序动态,但年度间差异较大。2015年五个主要植烟县烟蚜数量发生态势除冕宁县呈单峰型外,其余各县均为“M”型发生规律,但2016年各县则未发现“M”型发生规律,均仅有一个发生高峰期。防治效果表明,烟蚜茧蜂的控害效果均滞后于七星瓢虫和异色瓢虫,四种防治措施的持续控害能力强弱依次为七星瓢虫、异色瓢虫、烟蚜茧蜂及常规防治。

Abstract: The paper aims to clarify the occurrence rule and the control effect of Myzus persicae by natural enemy in Liangshan tobacco region of Sichuan. The occurrence rule of M. persicae was investigated in main tobacco region of Liangshan, Sichuan in 2015 and 2016 by the 5- point sampling method, respectively. Meanwhile, Coccinella septempunctata, Harmonia axyridis and Aphidius gifuensis were used to control M. persicae. The results indicated that: there was obvious seasonal dynamic of M. persicae in 2015 and 2016, but the two years had great differences; the occurrence rule of M. persicae was“M”type in counties of Liangshan except Mianning in 2015, where the occurrence was single peak type , however, no“M”type was found in the 5 counties in 2016, the occurrence was found to be one peak type in each county. The control effect of Aphidius gifuensis was lagged behind that of Coccinella septempunctata and Harmonia axyridis, and the sustained control ability on M. persicae decreased in order of Coccinella septempunctata>Harmonia axyridis>Aphidius gifuensis> chemicalpesticide.
