60Coγ射线辐照对大蒜农艺性状与叶片特征的影响

Effects of 60Coγ-rays Irradiation on Agronomic Characters and Leaf Traits of Garlic (Allium sativum L.)

摘要: 为探索辐照剂量对大蒜辐照诱变效应,以休眠期白皮蒜与萌发期紫皮蒜为试材,采用0~40 Gy 60Coγ射线辐照处理,研究辐照剂量对大蒜农艺性状、叶片上表皮气孔、细胞形态的影响。结果表明,20 Gy剂量能够完全抑制大蒜萌发,休眠期白皮蒜较萌发期紫皮蒜辐射耐受性强,且相同辐射剂量下农艺性状表现均较好。随辐射剂量增加两品种均出现植株矮化、假茎缩短、叶片数降低、叶面积减少等现象,叶片气孔长度、宽度以及上表皮细胞长度呈变小趋势。综合可见,萌发期的紫皮蒜对辐射更具敏感性,而小于10 Gy为大蒜辐照诱变育种适宜剂量范围。

Abstract: To investigate the influences of 60Coγ-rays irradiation on mutagenic effect of garlic(Allium sativum L.),with dormant white garlic and germinal purple garlic as test materials, using 0-40Gy 60Coγ-rays irradiation treatment, the effects of irradiation does on agronomic characters, leaf epidermis stomatal and cell morphology were studied. The results indicated that 20Gy does could completely inhabit germination of garlic. The radiation tolerance of dormant white garlic was stronger than germinal purple garlic, while agronomic traits were good performance under the same radiation does. In the following phenomena: plant dwarfed, pseudo-stem shortened, leaf number and leaf area declined, width and length of epidermal cells showed a trend of smaller with the increase of radiation does. Therefore, it could be concluded that germinal purple garlic was more sensitive to radiation, and the suitable dosage of irradiation for Allium sativum was less than 10 Gy.
