山楂的生殖生物学和杂交育种研究进展

Reproductive Biology and Crossbreeding of Hawthorn: Research Progress

摘要: 山楂是蔷薇科,梨亚科,山楂属植物,广泛分布于亚洲北部、欧洲和北美洲等地。全世界有200多种山楂属植物,我国有 18个种和6个变种。主要栽培种是大果山楂变种。大多山楂品种主要通过芽变、实生选种等途径产生,限制了山楂产业的进一步发展。杂交育种能很好实现品种间的优势互补,有望成为未来山楂育种的有效方法。本文从山楂的生殖生物学、杂交育种现状等方面,对山楂杂交育种研究进行了探讨,并对山楂杂交育种前景进行了展望。

Abstract: Hawthorn is known as the“medicinal and edible”fruit with a long history in China. However, its new varieties are mainly produced by bud mutation and seedling selection. In order to discuss the crossbreeding of hawthorn, the study analyzes the researches on the crossbreeding of hawthorn at home and abroad. The flowering biology of hawthorn, the regulation of pollen germination, the reproductive biology, the necessary of crossbreeding, breeding method, parent selecting and the genetic rules of crossbreeding are introduce in detail. In addition, the future development and new trends in breeding Hawthorn are put forward, to provide a theoretical basis for future research.
