不同改良剂对草莓种植土壤细菌群落的影响

Effects of Two Different Soil Amendments on Bacterial Communities of Strawberry Planting Soil

摘要: [目的]研究旨在探究不同土壤改良剂的使用对草莓种植土壤中细菌群落结构,细菌总数、细菌多样性的影响,为土壤改良剂的高效利用奠定基础。[方法]选择北京市两处草莓种植生态农场,通过施加土壤改良剂(EM菌,靠山多霸)于草莓种植土壤中,经一季草莓种植后,收集不同处理的土壤样品,利用高通量测序比较土壤改良剂对草莓种植土中细菌群落结构的影响,从土壤微生物的角度探究EM菌、靠山多霸对草莓种植土壤的影响。[结果]研究结果显示,土壤调理剂的施用增加了土壤细菌总数,改变了土壤细菌多样性,同时也明显改变了不同分类水平下各类细菌所占比重。[结论]该研究证明土壤调理剂的合理使用对于提升土壤微生物多样性,调整微生物群落结构,进而促进植物生长具有潜在的利用价值。

Abstract: Abstract:[Objective] The aim of our study was to investigate the effects of two different soil amendments on bacterial community structures, total number of bacteria and bacterial diversity of strawberry planting soil. [Method] The soil samples were selected from two strawberry ecological farms in Beijing, treated with two different commercial soil amendments namely effective microorganisms (EM) agent and Kaoshanduoba agent before sowing. And the bacterial communities were analyzed using high-throughput sequencing method. [Result] The results indicated that two soil amendments increased the total number of bacteria, altered the structure of soil bacteria, and meanwhile changed the composition of the bacterial community. [Conclusion] Our study demonstrated that soil amendments could increase total bacteria number, change planting soil bacteria diversity and structure, and have the huge potential to promote plant growing.
