谷子杂交种和常规种耐盐性筛选与研究

Screening of Salt-tolerant Hybrid and Conventional Foxtail Millet

摘要: 为了对谷子杂交种和常规品种进行耐盐性筛选与研究,选用山西、陕西、河北等地的27个常用谷子品种进行了芽期耐盐性筛选试验,对筛选出的芽期耐盐性品种进行了苗期耐盐性鉴定试验,对部分品种进行了盐胁迫条件下出苗和生长试验。结果表明不同谷子品种芽期在0 mmol L-1和150 mmol L-1盐胁迫下,相差很小,在200 mmol L-1盐胁迫下,差距明显。在200 mmol L-1NaCI溶液的环境下,张杂谷3号达到3级耐盐标准、张杂谷DH3达到5级耐盐标准。不同谷子品种在盐胁迫下随着盐浓度的提高,出苗率逐渐下降;随着盐浓度的提高,谷苗生长高度逐渐下降。个别不耐盐的谷子父母本,通过杂交获得的杂交种,耐盐能力得到显著增强。经结果分析,土壤盐度大于千分之三,不适宜谷子的正常生长,含盐量在千分之三以下的轻度盐碱地,是将来选育耐盐谷子品种的重点利用领域。

Abstract: To select salt-tolerant foxtail millet varieties, the seeds and seedlings of 27 common varieties from Shanxi, Shaanxi, Hebei were treated. The germination rates in different salt concentrations were investigated, and the relative salt damage rates were measured. The salt damage index at seedling stage was measured according to the identification method of salt tolerance at seedling stage of“Millet Germplasm Resources Description Standard and Data Standard”. The results showed that under 0 mmol/L and 150 mmol/L salt stress, there was little difference in the germination period of different varieties. However, under 200 mmol/L salt stress, the difference was obvious. At 200 mmol/L salt solution,‘Zhang zagu No.3’reached the salt tolerance standard of grade 3, and‘Zhang zagu DH3’reached the salt tolerance standard of grade 5. The results of salt tolerance identification at seedling stage showed that‘Zhang zagu No.3’reached the salt tolerance standard of grade 3, and‘Zhang zagu DH3’reached the salt tolerance standard of grade 7. The results of seedling emergence and growth showed that with the increase of the salt concentration, the seedling rate decreased gradually, and the growth height of seedlings also decreased gradually. For the individual with non- salttolerant parents, the salt tolerance could be significantly enhanced by hybridization. The results indicate that the salinity concentration of soil more than 0.3%, is not suitable for the normal growth of foxtail millet, and the mild saline-alkali land with a salt concentration of less than 0.3% is the key area for breeding salt-tolerant millet varieties.
