稳定性同位素在植物次生代谢中的研究进展

The Application of Stable isotope in plant secondary metabolism: A review

摘要: 植物次生代谢是植物在长期的进化过程中与环境相互作用的结果,其产物在植物生命活动的许多方面起着重要的生理作用,同时也是药物、香料和工业原料的重要来源。早期有关植物次生代谢路径的研究主要是通过放射性同位素示踪技术完成的。本文就稳定性同位素发现、理化特性、示踪原理和特点,及其在植物次生代谢路径研究中的应用进展进行了总结,分析了该技术对已知植物次生代谢路径的修正和未知代谢路径研究等方面的贡献、并提出了未来稳定性同位素示踪技术在植物次生代谢物合成路径领域的研究方向和前景。

Abstract: The secondary metabolism of plants is the result of the interaction between plants and the environment in the long process of evolution. The secondary metabolites products play an important physiological role in many aspects of plant life activities, and are also an important source of drugs, spices and industrial materials. Early studies of secondary metabolic pathways in plants have been carried out mainly through radioisotope tracer technology. This paper reviews the discovery, physicochemical properties, the principle and the application progress of stable isotope as tracer in plant secondary metabolic study. The application of stable isotope tracer technique to the modification of known secondary metabolic pathways of plants and the study of unknown metabolic pathways are analyzed. Besides, the direction and prospect of the stable isotope tracer technology in future study on plant secondary metabolic pathway is also presented.
