模拟酸雨胁迫对黑果枸杞种子萌发特性的影响

摘要:

为了解酸雨胁迫对黑果枸杞种子萌发特性的影响,采用纸上萌发实验,研究不同程度模拟酸雨胁迫下黑果枸杞种子的发芽率(GP)、相对发芽率(RGP)、发芽势(GR)、相对发芽势(RGR)、发芽指数(GI)、相对发芽指数(RGI)、活力指数(VI)、相对活力指数(RVI)、胚根长(LR)、胚芽长(LG)、胚芽比(RTGR)、平均发芽时间(AGT)、异状发芽率(HGP)、相对酸害率(RADR)指标。结果表明,pH 5对黑果枸杞种子萌发各指标均没有明显影响,且在一定程度上缩短了种子AGT;pH 4对黑果枸杞种子GPRGPGRRGRGIRGIVIRVI指标没有明显影响,但HGPRADR显著提升;pH 3、pH 2时,黑果枸杞种子萌发生长被明显抑制。表明适当弱酸性环境更适合黑果枸杞子萌发,在实际种植过程中,可利用这一特征来缩短黑果枸杞的育苗时间。

Abstract:

To understand the influence of acid rain stress on the germination characteristics of Lycium ruthenicum seeds, we used to the paper germination experiment to study the germination percentage (GP), relative germination percentage (RGP), germination rate (GR), relative germination rate (RGR), germination index (GI), relative germination index (RGI), vitality index (VI), relative vitality index (RVI), length of radicle (LR), length of germ (LG), radicle to germ ratio (RTGR), average germination time (AGT), heteromorphic germination percentage (HGP), and relative acid damage rate (RADR) of L. ruthenicum seeds under different degrees of simulated acid rain stress. The results showed that the simulated acid rain stress had no obvious influence on the germination indexes of L. ruthenicum seeds at pH 5, and shortened the seed AGT to a certain extent; pH 4 had no significant effect on the indexes of L. ruthenicum seeds’ GP, RGP, GR, RGR, GI, RGI, VI, RVI, but HGP and RADR increased significantly; pH 3 and pH 2 suppressed the seeds of L. ruthenicum germination obviously. The study indicates that a moderately acidic environment is more suitable for the germination of L. ruthenicum. In the actual planting practice, this feature can be used to shorten the seedling time of L. ruthenicum.
