3个油橄榄品种光合特性与同化物分配规律

摘要:

为研究油橄榄光合特性及同化物分配规律,使用LI-6400XT光合测定系统及13C同位素标记分别测定3个油橄榄品种的光合指标和同化物分配。结果表明,3个品种光合日变化均为典型的双峰型,存在“午休”现象。灰色关联度分析表明,影响净光合速率的主要因子是气孔导度和大气CO2浓度。3个油橄榄品种的光饱和点、光补充点均高于一般阳性植物,为强阳性树种。不同品种间光合及CO2响应曲线特征参数存在差异,‘佛奥’、‘鄂植8号’光合能力较强,对光和CO2的利用范围及利用率高。用13C同位素法标记72 h后,光合同化物主要集中在叶片,分配率为39.52%~49.92%;种仁的光合同化物含量最低,分配率仅为6.67%~8.18%。

Abstract:

The aim was to study the photosynthetic characteristics and assimilates distribution of Olea europaea. photosynthetic indexes and assimilates were measured with Li-6400XT photosynthetic instrument and carbon-13 isotope labeling. The results showed that, the diurnal variation of photosynthesis of the three varieties presented a bimodal curve and an obvious ‘midday depression’ phenomenon. The main factors affecting net photosynthetic rate were stomatal conductivity and air CO2 concentration. The three O. europaea varieties were strong light demander. The light compensation point and light saturation point of the three O. europaea varieties were higher than general sun species. There were differences in photosynthetic parameters and CO2 response curves parameters among the three varieties. ‘Foao’ and ‘Ezhi 8’ had a strong photosynthetic capability, a wide utilization range and a high utilization rate of light and CO2. The photosynthetic assimilates mainly concentrated in leaves and the distribution rate was 39.52%-49.92% after the 72 hours of 13C isotope labeling. The photosynthetic assimilates concentrated in seeds was the least and the distribution rate was only 6.67%-8.18%.
