桑螟性信息素诱捕系统在桑园的应用技术研究

A Study on Application of Sex Pheromone Trapping Systems for Glyphodes pyloalis Walker in Mulberry Orchards

摘要:

为优化桑螟(Glyphodes pyloalis Walker)性信息素诱捕系统相关技术参数,提升桑螟绿色防控效率。以桑螟性信息素诱捕系统为研究对象,比较了诱捕器安装高度和类型对诱集效果的影响,分析了越冬代成虫羽化开差期及末代成虫羽化与气候因子之间的关系。结果表明:当诱捕器下缘设置于树冠顶部上方0.10 m时,成虫诱集量显著高于其他处理;夜蛾类诱捕器平均诱集量(38.67头)显著高于其他类型;越冬代与第二代成虫在5月初出现世代重叠,形成遗传混合的复合种群;末代成虫羽化受到气候条件的显著影响,晴天诱集量最高(7.25头/天),雨天最低(2.00头/天),当冬季最高日温度持续低于20℃时成虫停止羽化。夜蛾类诱捕器诱集效果最佳,须结合桑树长势动态调整,使其下缘始终保持在树冠顶部0.10 m。

Abstract:

The study aims to optimize the technical parameters of the sex pheromone trapping system for Glyphodes pyloalis Walker and enhance the efficiency of its green control. Using the sex pheromone trapping system for G. pyloalis as the focal subject, this study evaluated the effects of trap installation height and trap type on trapping efficacy. Furthermore, the relationship between the adult emergence periods of the overwintering generation and the previous generation with climatic factors were analyzed. The results showed that positioning the lower edge of the trap at 0.10 m above the tree canopy top significantly increased the number of captured adults compared to other treatments. The Noctuidae-type trap captured the highest average number of adults (38.67), significantly outperforming other trap types. Moreover, the overwintering generation and the second generation of adults overlapped in early May, resulting in a genetically mixed and complex population. The emergence of the final generation was closely linked to climatic conditions, with the highest daily capture rate (7.25 individuals per day) recorded on sunny days and the lowest (2.00 individuals per day) on rainy days. Adult capture ceased entirely when the maximum daily winter temperature remained consistently below 20 ℃. The Noctuidae-type trap exhibited the most effective trapping performance and should be dynamically adjusted according to the growth stage of mulberry trees, ensuring that its lower edge remains consistently 0.10 m above the canopy top.
