中国杂交高粱的种质基础及优势利用模式研究

摘要: 中国高粱生产中应用的细胞质有A1和A2两种类型。不育系的细胞核有南非高粱核体系、中国高粱核体系、倾向南非高粱核体系和印度高粱核体系。恢复系的种质主要是中国高粱和倾中国高粱类型。杂种优势利用模式主要是南非高粱×中国高粱,中国高粱×中国高粱,倾南非高粱×倾中国高粱,印度高粱×倾中国高粱。植株高度由高秆改良成中秆,使产量大幅度提高。不育系改良应以印度高粱与南非高粱或印度高粱杂交为主,恢复系改良应以中国高粱与亨加利高粱或中国高粱杂交为主,这样可保持两亲间的遗传差异,以便配制出高产杂交种。

Abstract: In the chinese sorghum production the application cytoplasm has A1 and the A2 two kind of types. The male-sterile line cell nucleus has the Kafir nuclear system, the kaoliang nuclear system, trend Kafir nuclear system and the Shallu nuclear system. The r-line idioplasm mainly is the kaoliang and trend kaoliang type.The heterosis use model mainly is the Kafir×kaoliang, the kaoliang×kaoliang, trend Kafir×trend kaoliang, the Shallu×trend kaoliang. The plant improves miadle highly by the high stalk, causes the output to raise large. The male-sterile line improve should by the Shallu and the Kafir or the Shallu hybrid primarily, the r-line improve should by the kaoliang and Hegari or the kaoliang hybrid primarily, may maintain two kisses the heredity difference, in order to compounds the high yield hybrid.
