摘要： 从历史的角度主要阐述了农民文化科技素质对农村经济发展的影响以及农村经济发展对农民文化科技素质的作用，认为所有制形式、国家政策、经济发展水平、农技推广体系和城乡结合度是影响农民素质提高的主要因子。

Abstract: It was expounded that the Peasant's Culture and Scien-tech Diathesis and the countryside economy development affects each other from historical point of view, it was nailed down basically that they are main factors to affect advancing the peasant's diathesis, these factors include form of possession system, state policies, level of economy development, extensive system of agricultural techniques, and contacting extent of city and countryside.
