利用SSR标记鉴定主要梨栽培品种

摘要: 为了维护生产者和育种者的利益,提供快速可靠的品种鉴定方法具有重要意义。笔者根据目前基因库中梨的DNA收录序列设计开发SSR引物,用筛选出的6对图谱清晰SSR引物对19个主要梨栽培品种进行SSR分析。通过类似于植物常规分类方法,编制19个梨品种的指纹检索表,可以将供试的19个主要梨栽培品种鉴别分开。通过检索GeneBank收录的DNA序列作为筛选SSR标记的途径,大大降低了引物开发的成本和缩短了SSR体系建立的时间,是一种简单、快速的方法。

Abstract: It is very important for the farmers and breeders to build a fast and dependable method of cultivars identification. The publicly available collection of expressed sequence tags in GeneBank from fruit trees can be used in the analysis of developing simple sequences repeat (SSR) markers. In the present paper, a dichotomous key to 19 cultivars of pear was provided. Totally 19 individuals were selected and analyzed by amplifications using 6 pairs of SSR primers screened. 19 cultivars could be distinguished from each other with this fingerprinting map. The way of expressed sequence tags in GeneBank was a simple and fast technique to SSR markers, which could highly deduce the cost of progress of SSR Primers and the time of reaction system establishment.
