生姜试管苗无土栽培研究

摘要: 生姜是重要的经济作物,由于生姜长期采用老熟的根状茎进行无性繁殖,不仅繁殖系数低而且容易导致种性的退化,通过生姜的组织培养技术,不仅可以脱毒脱菌而且可以快速繁殖,有效解决生姜生产中的问题。通过对移栽于不同基质的生姜试管苗生理指标的测定,找出最适的移栽基质,从而为完善生姜组培苗的工厂化生产和应用提供理论依据。试验结果表明:生姜茎尖分生组织培养中,用HgC12(0.1%)消毒外植体的最佳消毒时间为10min;生姜试管苗最适移栽基质为珍珠岩:蛭石=1:1的混合基质。

Abstract: Ginger(Zingber officinale Rosc)is an important economic crop and can be used as flavoring, spices, medicine and so on. It is vegetatively propagated through underground rhizomes, with a very low multiplication rate. Because diseases are mainly transmitted by rhizomes propagated every year, the production of disease-free clones with a rapid multiplication rate is necessary for the successful cultivation of this crop. The use of tissue culture for the in vitro propagation of ginger can successfully solve these problems. Through testing the physiological indices of ginger transplants in different medium, we found the optimum medium. The results showed that the optimum disinfection minute of explant with HgC12(0.1%) was 10 minutes and the optimum medium of transplants was perlite:vermiculite=1:1.
