The experiment used the design of two complication’s split section to study the effects of uniconazole on the wheat seed nucleic acid metabolism and wheat quality under different nitrogen levels, and discussed the connection of the protein content and wheat quality and nucleic acid metabolism. Result indicated that higher DNA and RNA content were propitious to collection of the protein and improvement of the wheat quality. uniconazole treatments adjusted the seed’s DNA and RNA content, thereby effected the protein content, improved the wheat quality.
