Effects of QFM Preparation on Hemodynamics and Endothelium-dependent Circulatory Control in Dogs

摘要: 摘要:试验旨在观察QFM合剂对犬血流动力学影响及其内皮依赖性血管调节机制。试验选取10条健康犬静脉注射QFM合剂0.1 ml/kg体重,观察比较了注药前后犬血液动力学变化和血清一氧化氮、血浆内皮素、前列环素及血栓素A2含量的变化。结果表明,QFM合剂麻醉期间,犬血流动力学指标SBP、DBP、MAP和HR显著或极显著下降(P<0.05 或P<0.01),血浆ET和TXA2显著或极显著下降(P<0.05 或P<0.01),血清NO和血浆PGI2显著或极显著升高(P<0.05 或P<0.01),且NO/ET、6-Keto-PGF1α/TXB2的比值也显著或极显著升高(P<0.05 或P<0.01)。NO、ET、PGI2和TXA2内皮源性血管活性因子可能参与了QFM合剂麻醉所致的犬血流动力学变化的调节。

Abstract: Abstract:This experiment was to observe the influence of QFM preparation on hemodynamics and endothelium-dependent vasodilation in Dogs.QFM preparation was administrated at the doses of 0.1 ml/kg body weight intravenous in 10 dogs. The changes of homodynamic and levels of serum nitric oxide, plasma endothelin, PGF1α and thromboxane A2 were examined before and after the dogs being administrated with QFM preparation. The results showed that the values of SBP、DBP、MAP and HR hemodynamic parameters in dogs with QFM preparation anesthesia decreased (P<0.05 or P<0.01); while in phase, the level of plasma endothelin(ET)and theomboxane A2(TXA2)decreased (P<0.05 or P<0.01), while the level of serum nitric oxide(NO)and plasma 6-keto- prostacyclin F1α (6-Keto-PGF1α)improved significantly or extremely significant (P<0.05 or P<0.01),and the ratio of NO/ET and 6-Keto-PGF1α/TXB2 also improved significantly or extremely significant (P<0.05 or P<0.01). The results of this study suggested that endothelium vaso-active factors NO, ET, PGI2, TXA2 might modulate the hemodynamic changes mediated by QFM preparation.
