饥饿和再投喂对水貂肝脏的影响研究

摘要:

为研究饥饿后再投喂对水貂肝脏脂肪沉积恢复情况的影响。本试验对水貂进行5天的短期饥饿,然后再投喂0、7、14、21、28天,比较水貂饥饿后再投喂不同时间、体重和体况、肝脏脂肪沉积的恢复情况。选用30只两年生健康雌貂,随机分为6组,每组5只,分为对照组和5个试验组,对照组和试验组均添加3%的鸡油。结果表明:饥饿导致水貂肝指数显著升高(P<0.05),肝细胞中出现大量脂肪空泡,随着再投喂时间的延长,肝脏性能逐渐恢复,肝指数和肝脏脂肪含量分别在21天和28天时恢复至初始水平(P>0.05),且肝脏HE染色也可观察到,再投喂28天时,水貂的肝细胞已接近正常对照组水平。说明水貂饥饿5天时肝脏脂肪迅速沉积,再投喂28天后肝内脂肪沉积可完全恢复正常。

Abstract:

The objectives of the present study were to investigate the timeline and characterize the development of hepatic lipidosis in the American mink (Mustela vison) in reponse to short-term 5 days of fasting and liver recovery after 0, 7, 14, 21, 28 days of refeeding. Thirty female minks were divided into a fed control group and five experimental groups and 3% chicken oil were added to all the groups. We reported here the effects on body weight, body condition, hepatosomatic index and liver lipid content. Food deprivation resulted in the rapid loss of body weight, causing elevated hepatosomatic index and increased liver lipid content. As a result, body weight and liver recovered when normal feeding was resumed for 21 days to 28 days.
