复方中药免疫添加剂对史氏鲟生长性能和抗氧化力的影响

摘要:

探讨了复方中药对史鲟生长及抗氧化能的影响,为中药作为免疫添加剂在鲟鱼养殖生产上的应用提供基础。将3种复方中药(分别为方A、方B、方C)作为饲料添加剂加入基础料饲料中,连续饲喂1+龄史氏鲟(Acipenserschrenckii Brandt)35天,测定增重率并检测血清、肝脏的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性、丙二醛(MDA)的含量、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)和谷胱苷肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活性,以研究中药复方对史氏鲟生长及抗氧化能力的影响。结果显示,中药方剂对鲟鱼血清及肝脏中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)和谷胱苷肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)均有增强作用,尤其3个方剂组血清中的SOD酶活性较对照组均有显著升高(P<0.05),A组和C组鱼肝脏中的SOD酶活性较对照组均有显著升高(P<0.05);3个方剂组中血清及肝脏中T-AOC活性均有所上升但与对照组相比无显著差异;只有B组和C组鱼血清中GSH-PX的活性与对照组有显著差异(P<0.05),3个方剂组中肝脏的GSH-PX的活性与对照组均无显著差异;并且中药能显著降低鲟鱼血清中丙二醛(MDA)的含量,3个方剂组中血清及肝脏中MDA含量均与对照组有显著差异(P<0.05),表明所选的3种复方中药添加剂有不同程度提高鲟鱼抗氧化功能的作用。

Abstract:

To use the Chinese herbal medicine feed additive in culture of sturgeon, effects of three kinds of Chinese herbal compound on growth and antioxidant defenses of Amur sturgeon (Acipenserschrenckii Brandt) were studied. The three Chinese herbal compounds (compound A, compound B and compound C) were added into the base material as feed additive, and the one-year-old Acipenserschrenckii Brandt were fed with the experimental feed and the basic feed for 35 days. The growth rate of weight was investigated. The activities of SOD, T-AOC, GSH-PX and the content of MDA were measured by the test. The results showed that the Chinese herbal compound could obviously increase the activities of SOD, T-AOC, GSH-PX. In particular, the SOD activity of the serum of three groups was higher than that in the control group significantly. Moreover, Group A and C both exhibited an apparent increase in the SOD activity of the livers. In comparison with control group, the activities of T-AOC of the serum and livers of three groups remained unchanged remarkably through all the test periods; However, the activities of T-AOC had a little gone up. Only the Group B and C showed obviously increase in the activities of GSH-PX of the serum of Group B and C, nevertheless, the activities of GSH-PX of the livers of three groups had no significant differences. Furthermore, the contents of MDA in serum of Amur sturgeon were lower than that in the control group, and there were significantly different in the serum and livers of three groups. Our results evidently the selected prescriptions have the function to promote antioxidant defenses of Amur sturgeon in the different levels.
