密胡杨对Na2SO4环境的生理响应

Physiological Response of Populus talassica× P. euphratica to Na2SO4 Environment

摘要:

对杂交树种密胡杨盆栽幼苗进行不同浓度的Na2SO4处理,测定其生理指标,以评估其对Na2SO4环境的生理适应性。选取1年生密胡杨幼苗,采用盆栽试验,设置0、50、100、150和200 mmol/L Na2SO4处理,对密胡杨在不同盐渍环境下生长的生理指标进行测定、分析。与对照相比,50~200 mmol/L的Na2SO4溶液处理下,密胡杨幼苗发生了细胞膜脂质过氧化作用(MDA含量增加),但细胞膜选择透性未被破坏,3种保护酶活性显示不同的变化趋势(SOD活性维持不变,CAT活性先减后增,POD活性增加),可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖在Na2SO4环境下表现复杂的代谢适应。本试验设置的Na2SO4处理对密胡杨幼苗未构成胁迫。密胡杨可以适应0~200 mmol/L Na2SO4环境,研究结果可为塔里木盆地栽植抗逆性强的密胡杨提供参考。

Abstract:

The seedlings of Populus talassica × P. euphratica were treated with different concentrations of Na2SO4 in pot culture, and the physiological indexes were determined to evaluate their physiological adaptability to Na2SO4 environment. One-year-old P. talassica × P. euphratica seedlings were treated with 0, 50, 100, 150 and 200 mmol/L Na2SO4 in pot experiment to determine and analyze the physiological indexes. Compared with the control, lipid peroxidation (MDA content increased) of cell membrane occurred in 50-200 mmol/L Na2SO4 treatment, but the selective permeability of cell membrane was not destroyed. The three protective enzymes showed different trends (SOD activity remained unchanged, CAT activity decreased first and then increased, POD activity increased), soluble proteins and soluble sugars exhibited complex metabolic adaptation in Na2SO4 environment. The results showed that Na2SO4 treatment had no stress on P. talassica× P. euphratica seedlings, which could adapt to 0-200 mmol/L Na2SO4 environment. The study can provide references for planting P. talassica × P. euphratica with strong stress resistance in Tarim basin.
