云南重楼叶片寄生真菌的初步分离鉴定

Isolation and Identification of Parasitic Fungi from Leaves of Paris polyphylla var. yunnanensis

摘要: 云南重楼是多年生草本名贵中药材,高效规范化栽培云南重楼增加了叶部病害的发生几率。为了解云南重楼叶部病害,对云南重楼叶病斑处进行寄生真菌的初步分离,并对其进行形态学鉴定和分子生物学鉴定。经过分离获得19株形态各异的菌落,其中9株为附球菌属;7株为交链孢属 ;2株为黑团孢属;1株粉红单端孢菌。为研究云南重楼病害的病原鉴定及其发生规律和防治方法等提供技术参数,为探索更好的云重楼种植技术提供基础。

Abstract: Paris polyphylla var. yunnanensis(Fr.)Hand.Mass. is a precious perennial herbal medicine. The high-efficiency and standardized cultivation of aggravates the occurrence of leaf diseases of P.polyphylla var. yunnanensis(Fr.)Hand.Mass. In order to understand the leaf diseases of P. polyphylla var. yunnanensis(Fr.)Hand.Mass., the parasitic fungi were isolated from the leaf lesions of P.polyphylla var. yunnanensis(Fr.)Hand.Mass., and identified by morphology and molecular biology. Nineteen colonies with different morphology were isolated, of which 9 were Epicoccum, 7 were Alternatia, 2 were Periconia and 1 was Trichothecium Roseum. To provide technical parameters for the pathogen identification, occurrence regularity and control methods of Paris polyphylla var. yunnanensis(Fr.)Hand.Mass., and to provide a basis for exploring better planting technology of Paris polyphylla var. yunnanensis(Fr.)Hand.Mass.
