河北省平泉县食用菌产业化发展研究

Research on the Development of Edible Fungus Industry in PingQuan,Hebei Province

摘要:

为调查研究河北省平泉县食用菌产业发展基地的发展现状,总结其发展经验,分析存在问题,并提出发展对策。笔者对河北省平泉县食用菌产业基地进行实地调研,采用调查法和案例分析法进行分析。研究发现平泉县食用菌产业发展取得了一定成绩,但也存在着问题:企业自主创新能力不强;产品市场竞争力弱;菌农收益不稳等,进而提出进一步促进发展的对策。

Abstract:

It's in order to research on the current situation of the edible fungus industry in PingQuan, Hebei province, summarize the developing experience, analyze the problems there, and propose strategies for development. Through investigation on the base of PingQuan, Hebei province, methods such as investigation and case analysis are applied. It can be concluded that some achievements have been made, but problems are existing such as the low capacity for independent innovation, the weak capacity for products' marketing competition and the instability about the farmers' earnings. Moreover, countermeasures for further development have been promoted.
