The Effect of Different Application Amount of Potash Fertilizer on Yield and Quality of ‘Shangshu 19’

摘要: 为了探讨不同钾肥施用量对甘薯产量和品质的影响,探求优质、高产甘薯施钾水平,以豫东地区主栽品种‘商薯19’为试验材料,进行了6种不同钾肥施用量的对比试验。结果表明:增施钾肥的5个处理B(75 kg/hm2)、C(150 kg/hm2)、D(225 kg/hm2)、E(300 kg/hm2)、F(450 kg/hm2)鲜薯产量增幅为5.1%~ 22.0%,薯干产量增幅7.3%~42.8%,商品薯鲜重增幅8.1%~65.4%,茎叶鲜重减产幅度20.4%~43.9%,薯块干物率较对照提高0.5~4.2个百分点,淀粉率较对照提高0.44~3.66个百分点。增施钾肥能够有效抑制甘薯茎叶徒长,提高甘薯产量和品质。

Abstract: To explore the effect of different application amount of potash fertilizer on yield and quality of sweet potato and to search the best potash fertilizer level for sweet potato with high quality and high yield, experiments of six different application amount of potash fertilizer on‘Shangshu 19’in the east of Henan was conducted. Results showed that compared with check experiment, the five potash fertilizer experiments of B (75 kg/hm2), C (150 kg/hm2), D (225 kg/hm2), E (300 kg/hm2), F (450 kg/hm2) increased the fresh potato yield, from 5.1% to 22.0%; the dry slice potato, from 7.3% to 42.8%; commercial fresh potato, from 8.1% to 65.4%; dry-slice-yielding rate , form 0.5% to 4.2%; the rate of starch, from 0.44% to 3.66% and fresh stem and leaf decreased from 20.4% to 43.9%. And more potash fertilizer can effectively control sweet potato stem and leaf excessive growth, increase its yield and quality.
