优质高产耐盐抗旱杂交棉‘衡优12’的选育研究

Breeding of‘Hengyou 12’: A High-quality, High-yield, Salt-tolerance and Drought-resistance Hybrid Cotton Variety

摘要: 耐盐抗旱、高产优质、抗病虫是当前棉花生产形势下对棉花品种提出的新要求。‘衡优12’是以具有陆地棉、海岛棉和野生棉遗传基础的高代材料‘JD28’作为母本,转Bt 基因棉花品种‘GK55’为父本,依据亲本性状互补原理配置杂交组合,采用病害、虫害和盐旱逆境同步胁迫法,杂交选育而成的强优势转Bt 基因抗虫杂交棉。该品种具有抗病虫性好、丰产稳产、品质优异、抗旱耐盐性强等诸多优异性状,适宜在冀中南及黄河流域同类生态春播棉区推广种植,2015 年通过河北省农作物品种审定委员会审定(审定编号:冀审棉2015005号)。

Abstract: Salt and drought tolerance, high yield and quality, disease and insect resistance are the new requirement for cotton variety in current cotton production. The authors took‘JD 28’(high progeny of upland cotton, sea-island cotton and wild cotton species) as female parent and‘GK55’(transgenicBt cotton variety) as male parent. Hybrid combinations were disposed based on the complementary principle of parental traits. Strong heterosis hybrid‘Hengyou 12’was selected under synchronous stress with disease, pest, salt and drought stress. This variety had many excellent characteristics, such as good resistance to disease and insect, high and stable yield, excellent quality, strong drought resistance and salt tolerance, and so on.‘Hengyou12’ was approved by Hebei Province in 2015 (Approval number: Jishenmian 2015005) and was suitable for planting in Mid-south region of Hebei and similar ecological and spring sowing cotton areas in the Yellow River Basin.
