摘要: 膜磷脂是产生胞内信号信使的重要来源,磷脂酶Ds可催化磷脂产生磷脂酸,从而参与信号过程。PLDs是一类重要的磷脂酶家族,拟南芥中已发现了12种PLD,其中10种为C2-PLDs,其生化特性有明显差异。磷脂酶Ds和磷脂酸在不同胁迫下执行相同或独特的细胞信号转导功能:干旱胁迫下PLDα1、PLDδ、PLDα3正向调节ABA信号的应答;盐胁迫下PLDα1、PLDδ、PLDα3、PLDζs和PLDε做出应答;冷冻胁迫下PLDδ-PA和PLDα-PA表现出相反的作用;在磷缺失胁迫下,PLDζ1和PLDζ2正向调节根生长;PLDε在不同氮胁迫水平下应答不同。PLDs的作用机理主要分为三大类:细胞调节、膜脂重组与膜脂降解。其中细胞调节包括信号转导方式,PLD可通过直接作用于蛋白,如与GPA1、GAPC结合;或通过PLDs的产物,如PAs,来应答胁迫。本研究将综述磷脂酶Ds的生化特性,以及在逆境胁迫中的功能与作用机理。
