多元管护模式下新增耕地种植情况与土壤有机质提升分析

Analysis of Crop Cultivation and Soil Organic Matter Improvement in Newly Added Cultivated Land Under Diversified Management Modes

摘要:

本研究旨在全面评估北京市新增耕地后续利用和地力提升成效,为后续实施因地施策的精准改良与分类管理提供理论依据和参考。通过对已验收项目进行问卷调查与土壤有机质追踪监测,系统分析新增耕地的管护模式、利用水平及地力提升情况。结果表明,94.3%的调查地块已投入生产,管护主体呈现“镇政府-村集体-建设单位”的多元化格局;新增耕地后续利用可分为高效利用型、中效利用型和低效/未利用型3类;生产利用与定向培肥能有效提升土壤有机质,但仍有40.7%的地块土壤有机质含量低于8 g/kg的阈值。尽管北京市新增耕地的初步利用情况良好,土壤从生土到熟土的熟化过程漫长,其可持续利用仍面临挑战,且利用效率存在分化现象。后续需着力完善基础设施和管护机制,推动小田并大田的规模化经营,并实施因地施策的精准培肥改良,以实现新增耕地的可持续高效利用。

Abstract:

This study comprehensively evaluates the subsequent utilization and soil fertility improvement of newly added cultivated land in Beijing, aiming to provide a theoretical basis and reference for subsequent site-specific precision amelioration and classified management. Through questionnaire surveys of approved projects and tracking of soil organic matter, the management modes, utilization levels, and fertility enhancement of the newly added cultivated land were systematically analyzed. The results indicate that 94.3% of the surveyed plots have been put into production, with management and protection entities exhibiting a diversified pattern involving town governments, village collectives, and construction units. The subsequent utilization of newly added cultivated land was categorized into three types: high-efficiency utilization, medium-efficiency utilization, and low-efficiency/non-utilization. Production utilization and targeted fertilization effectively enhanced soil organic matter content; however, the organic matter content in 40.7% of the plots remained below the threshold of 8 g/kg. In conclusion, while the initial utilization of newly added cultivated land in Beijing is promising, the cultivation cycle of soil from generation to maturity is relatively long, and its sustainable utilization still faces challenges, and the utilization efficiency is differentiated. Therefore, future efforts should focus on improving infrastructure and management mechanisms, promoting large-scale management through the consolidation of small plots into large ones, and implementing precise fertilization and improvement measures tailored to local conditions, so as to achieve sustainable and efficient utilization of newly added cultivated land.
