伊犁河谷区新增耕地质量状况研究——以新源县为例

New Arable Land Quality of Xinyuan in Ili River Valley

摘要: 为给新疆干旱区域河谷区的新增耕地质量评定以及高质量耕地的开发提供参考依据,采用综合评价法对伊犁河谷区新源县10 个项目区新增耕地质量进行评价。研究结果表明:与伊犁河谷区的平均耕地质量水平比较,新源县新增耕地自然质量和利用质量较好,经济质量较低。伊犁河谷区新增耕地的主要障碍因素有水资源的利用率不高,林网化程度较低,人为管理和施肥措施不到位,土壤盐碱化较重。伊犁河谷区在今后新增耕地开发利用中要注重考虑各质量影响因素,通过加强耕地管理、提高施肥技能、完善农田基础设施建设、合理调整农业结构等措施,保证新增耕地质量的稳步提升和合理利用。

Abstract: To provide a reference for quality assessment of new arable land in River Valley and developing new high quality arable land, quality of new arable land of ten projects in Xinyuan was assessed using comprehensive evaluation method. Results showed that compared with the average level of Ili River Valley, natural quality and use quality of new arable land in Xinyuan was better, and economic quality was low. For new arable land in Ili River Valley, the major obstacles for its utilization was the low level of water resources utilization, shelterbelts network, artificial fertilization and management and the high level of soil salinization. Considering the quality influencing factors, countermeasures including strengthening management, improving fertilization skills and farm infrastructure construction and reasonably adjusting agricultural structure should be applied in the development of new arable land in Ili River Valley to ensure the quality improvement and rational utilization of the new arable land.
