自然高温条件下百合叶绿素荧光特性分析

Chlorophyll Fluorescence Characteristics of Lilium spp. Cultivars Under Natural High Temperature

摘要:

开展不同品种百合叶绿素荧光参数对自然高温的响应研究,并对反映叶绿素荧光特性的重要指标展开分析,建立适宜百合品种高温响应评价的方法,筛选对自然高温响应敏感与不敏感的百合品种。以66份观赏百合种质资源为试验材料,在上海地区自然高温下分析比较Fv/Fm值,并采用模糊隶属函数法结合有序样本最优分割聚类法分析自然高温下不同品种的FoFmFv/FoFv/FmPIABSDIo/CSoφEo等指标,比较不同品种百合对自然高温逆境响应的敏感程度。结果表明:66份百合种质资源的Fv/Fm值在自然高温逆境下均受影响,采用隶属函数和有序样本最优分割聚类法将66份种质资源分为5个等级,‘Souvenir’、‘Merlet’、‘Conca D'Or’、‘Sunny Martinique’、‘Methone’等25个品种为一级,对高温逆境不敏感,适应性强;‘Zambesi’、‘Triumphator’、‘Nashville’、‘Brindisi’、‘Tresor’等19个品种为五级,对高温逆境较敏感,适应性差。本研究筛选鉴定出高温敏感与不敏感百合品种,为进一步开展耐热相关机理研究和耐热品种选育提供参考。

Abstract:

A study on the response of chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of different Lilium spp. cultivars to natural high temperature was carried out to analyze the important indicators reflecting the characteristics of chlorophyll fluorescence, establish a suitable method for evaluating the high temperature response of Lilium spp. cultivars, and select sensitive and insensitive cultivars to natural high temperature. 66 Lilium spp. cultivars were selected as experimental materials, and the Fv/Fm values of functional leaves were measured under natural high temperature in Shanghai. The fuzzy membership function analysis method and the sample optimal segmentation clustering method were adopted to evaluate the heat tolerance. Under natural high temperature conditions, the chlorophyll fluorescence characteristic parameters including Fo, Fm, Fv/Fo, Fv/Fm, PIABS, DIo/CSo and φEo in leaves were determined by rapid fluorescence detector. Then, we compared the sensitivity of different Lilium spp. cultivars. Results showed that the Fv/Fm values of the 66 cultivars were all influenced by natural high temperature. The sample optimal segmentation clustering method was used to classify the 66 cultivars into five grades. 25 cultivars, including ‘Souvenir’, ‘Merlet’, ‘Conca D'Or’, ‘Sunny Martinique’, ‘Methone’ and so on, belonged to grade I, which were not sensitive to high temperature and had strong adaptability. 19 cultivars, including ‘Zambesi’, ‘Triumphator’, ‘Nashville’, ‘Brindisi’, ‘Tresor’, etc., belonged to grade V, which were more sensitive to high temperature and had poor adaptability. This study screened and identified sensitive and insensitive Lilium spp. cultivars to high temperature, which could provide reference for further research on heat-resistant mechanism of Lilium spp. and breeding heat-resistant cultivars.
