防御低温的安全育苗技术对烤烟化学成分及其经济性状的影响

Effects of Defense Low-Temperature Safe Seedling Culturing Technology on Chemical Composition and Economic Character of Flue-cured Tobacco

摘要:

为解决南方烟区低温危害烟苗生长导致苗龄过长等问题,研究不同漂浮育苗技术对烤烟化学成分及其经济性状的影响。结果表明:防御低温的安全育苗移植大田后长势旺,有效叶片数、株高要显著高于常规育苗,烟叶功能期叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量提高,成熟期烟叶叶绿素和类胡萝卜素的降解推迟和降解速度减慢;同时安全育苗技术有利于提高烤烟淀粉含量,降低烟碱含量,且烟叶烤后化学协调性、均价和上等烟比例与常规漂浮育苗并无显著差异,而产量、产值要明显高于常规漂浮育苗技术,该技术可以在南方烟区进一步推广。

Abstract:

In order to resolve the influence of low temperature during seedling-breeding on the growth of tobacco in southern tobacco region, effects of different technologies in floating system on chemical composition and economic character of flue-cured tobacco were researched. Results show that: the safe seedlings with the ability of defending low-temperature had an exuberant growth after transplantation , the number of effective leaves and the plant height significantly higher than the normal seedlings, the contents of chlorophyll and carotene increased in leaves’ function period while the degradation time was postponed and the speed was slowed down in mature period. The safe seedlings was in the favor of raising the content of starch in the leaves and decreasing the nicotine in the leaves and with remarkable higher yield and output value, they had the same chemical harmony, average price and the percentage of high quality tobacco as the normal seedlings, this technology can be popularized in south tobacco-planting area.
